Kawacc

We went to Kawacc with the question "what is the simplest thing that could possibly work?" In response to that question we simplified their network infrastructure and moved all of their existing support contracts and hosting to ourselves. They now have much less to go wrong, fewer IT providers to pay and a friendly local company to deal with.

We cleaned their desktop computers where possible, and replaced the oldest machines that are no longer worth maintaining with some low-cost refurbished machines. We moved their email hosting from an old legacy server which they no longer had admin access to and they now have a large amount of email storage with remote access and much better spam filtering.

We provide the client with ongoing support and maintenance, and add extra functionality if and when they decide they need it. By taking this approach rather than jumping in and replacing their entire infrastructure, we maintain business continuity and aren't implementing complicated solutions which may never be used.
