Computer Gentle was established to support communities in need of IT services and IT training, specifically Keighley where our head office is based. Our aim is to support individuals, businesses and nonprofit organisations in a way which helps develop their IT skills and gives them greater access to technology. Our emphasis is on each individual's needs and we understand the importance of keeping our word and ensuring you are getting the best possible service. The reason we do what we do is to help bring communities together regardless of their creed, religion, gender or ethnicity. We believe that education and training is key and we are keen to share our skills with others.

We believe that by asking our customers the right questions, and responding with suitable solutions we can provide them with something which is less complicated and more practical. We offer a personal service and will always provide free courtesy calls to check things are working well for you and will provide you with the personal mobile number of the technician working with you.

We have half a dozen specialists working in all areas of IT, and can recommend others in the unlikely event of us being unable to help you. These specialists have many years of experience in working with individuals, small non-profits and local businesses, and large multinational companies and organisations. By cherry-picking the most suitable people for your specific project we will provide you with the best solution possible.

Rukun Ahmed
Business Manger
With over 10 years of IT, Management and Customer Service experience, Rukun spends more time focusing on customers needs and running around the office, Yorkshire and Manchester fulfilling customers expectations. Standing with a great amount of general Technical and non Technical IT knowledge Rukun would either come around to a customers home or business find the exact requirements then either he relays this information to his colleagues or takes on the work himself. Rukun spends most times liasing with customers and helping them in whatever way is possible.

Systems Availability Guru
Alice has been fixing computers for over a decade, has a BSc in E-Commerce Technology and has maintained and installed networks for large multinational companies across Europe and Asia. Alice's primary role is to ensure the uptime of your systems and this includes ensuring helping customers come up with best practises as well as looking after their servers.

Kim FoaleKim Foale
Web Development
Kim made their first website age 14 when Mosaic was the browser about town, had a brief period where they thought computers weren't cool and then got back into them older and wiser (maybe). Kim has done dozens of websites over the years, and spends most of their time building websites in Drupal nowadays.
